Containers are fast becoming the choice for application deployment in enterprises across industries, including telecom, healthcare and financial services. In fact, a June 2016 report from the Cloud Foundry Foundation shows that just over half, or 53 percent, of organizations surveyed had either deployed or were in the process of evaluating containers. Of those, 16 percent have already mainstreamed their use, and another 64 percent expect to mainstream the use of containers in the next year. Still, concerns persist about container security. In reality, containers offer opportunities to enhance security with relatively little additional effort. We hope you’ll join us for a December 6 webinar to discuss both the concerns and opportunities around container security.
The webinar will be hosted by Red Hat’s Timothy Hunt, a senior architect in our emerging technologies practice. Timothy will debunk and discuss container security concerns, and tell you how to tap into the security opportunities that come with containers. You will learn about:
- The container security model
- How to build a secure container infrastructure
- How to create and deploy secure container images
- Technologies and processes to maintain the security of containerized applications
Register today for the webinar, which will be held Tuesday, December 6 at 2 p.m. EST (11 a.m. PST)!
